I have an 06 with a 6 inch rough country and bilstein 5100's set at 0 and this is what happened. Any ideas on how to fix it?

May be due to the aftermarket ball joint? Looks like the tire is also hitting the spindle

Its close to the tire but doesnt hit. ya i put those ball joints in 2 days ago. Everything was fine till i put the shocks on but if there set at zero there shouldnt be any height difference between these and the stock shocks right?

5100's can extend longer than the factory shocks, so there is more down travel and that is why your UCA can hit the coils. If you stay on the pavement, it won't be a big deal since you likely won't use that down travel. If you off road a lot though it could cause problems.

The shock is longer because you have a shitty top spacer pushing the entire strut assembly down too much. You'll deff have blown BJ's soon.

Looks like it may be.....also, that coil looks cracked/broken?

OP may just need new coilovers built for the DB lifts (Icon or Fabtech dirt logic?) and aftermarket UCA's?

Get rid of that crap lift and go with a 3 inch toytec or an OME lift which are both better

Doesn't have a coilover option like the other DB lifts?

Photo 21 shows what looks like a full-droop travel stop. Is it installed on your rig?

It also looks like the spring isn't seated on the OEM top hat correctly. Maybe the stem washers were not installed when the top hat was assembled onto the 5100s:

Dunno. I would measure it and figure out the right length. At least it comes with a spindle. My buddy has a tundra with a DB lift and is running strut spacers and a spindle spacer... I give him shit all the time :D

I got the the same lift and mine doesnt even come close to the uca or spindles so i think if he has a coil spacer in there to give him more lift is why it looks like that

Hey after looking at that pic I dnt think mine has it. Thanks for the find. Every thing was fine with the lift until I put the billsteins on. Maybe they did something wrong when they swapped my shocks.
