Or order a speedway housing, you can get them any width and the are very reasonably priced. But keep in mind the housing is the cheapest part of going to a 9".

Its been a long process but finally starting to work on the Tacoma again, should be back on the road in the next few weeks, planning on using it for a little while the weather is nice then chopping the frame at the bumps early next summer for a more functional back half.

Your forgetting spindles. I believe the custom Solo Spindles that come with that kit are wider as well.

Does he have/is he getting solo's kit then? I just assumed the 4.5" over included the spindles. I'm not 100% on this but I think solo's kit, spindles and all, is around a +6 to +6.5 kit.

Its going to be close to right at 90" trackwidth with 4.5" BS rims...

    Not Solo but American Motorsports.

ok. I was trying to figure out where Monte was getting Solo from. haha Pretty sure it will be almost impossible to have a track width under 90" with the Solo kit, maybe if you were running 235's on skinny rims. haha

yea the brackets mount differently. Ill got get photos.

But the distance from the front left to rear left is about 17.5-18''

front left to front right is about 17.5''

    give or take a tad.

The rear right mount though is what is different if i remember right. On a 1st gen it mounts side ways to the tyranny tunnel. I don't think this part is the same on 2nd gens.

    Ill got snap some photos.
