So I guess the new safety check is out and being enforced! They took a pic of my taco, a pic of my information and had to go through all these new Hawaii safety check stuff. Pretty legit, the safety is printed right there with your vin, license plate and other stuff so people can't just steal em. Lucky thing my truck is legal! Ha

Well, at least one good thing might come of the new safety checks. I hated replacing stolen safety/recon stickers!

so that's the new one, I was really curious what it looked like, thanks for the pic. I kept trying to find one on the road, guess safety checks mounted on the license plate is out now.

My buddy took in his dodge yesterday. He had a 3 stickers on the back windows and they failed him because of the stickers.. mind you they were rather larger and covered maybe 1/3 of the window.. but still.

A dodge truck? Or a car? On Oahu you can do anything to your back window if its a truck. I guess they assume that if you're carrying a load, you won't be able to see through the back anyway...

should get rid of safety! instead put stickers that show that drivers are licensed and insured!
