Negative, that was Thurs night.. Although I am going to have to go back there again soon since the local strippers have lost touch with me... But the chick that works next door as a bartender still remembers us from a drink sign language. Yeah I said it.

So my truck is at my uncles shop up in Riverside for a week or two depending on what's wrong with it, I wasn't able to stay for him to do the compression test but he has had a few Tacomas come through his doors. The last one threw the same code P0306 and luckily theres was just a blown head gasket, but he also had one with a cracked cylinder head so I really hope its just the head gasket. He's planning on pulling the motor this week and hopefully I can hear whats wrong with it.

Hey its me again, still milking my arm, surgery left a ton of shit in there, he totally missed the deeper half, just squeezing puss every 2 hours from it and seeing the occasional bit of Yucca still...this fucking sucks! And the surgery was on Monday and its still pumping out puss....jeezus.

I will post pics of Manny's dirtbike motor in about 50 pieces later on, fixing it, he had a seized crankshaft, lots of bits and pieces floating around in there.

The reason I ended up with an LS1 swap was due to the complexity and size of the tundra motor, the thing is MASSIVE!

Your gonna need a big ass scoop on the hood! Even the 4.0 was huge in comparison to the LS1.

    Good luck!

If you part it out, I may take it and use it in my SC4 Lexus. I'd need the trans and bottom end though.

I like the turbo 4bangers in those trucks. Power to weight is great and you have a lot of time and money left over to build when you bolt in the factory stuff.
