I think the B.S. is getting out of hand. I expect trash talk in some of the threads but this whole site is starting to resemble nothing more than a bunch of little dogs trying to mark their territories by peeing on everything in sight.

Hi Banshee. Thanks for the reply.

I don't have issue with anyone or any specific posts but some of our members tend to take the "friendly banter" too far. I'm on a lot and have probably read every post placed in the last two months so I'm on top of any new and interesting information. My real concern is for people new to the site who are looking for something and end up having to suffer thru pages of people calling each other names to get a bit of information. It makes the site less user friendly. :frusty:

Yeah I gotta agree. I've never had anyone come at me like a punk here yet but I've read some particularly toxic exchanges and it was disappointing.

the whole Alliance thing is in good fun... however I have seen some newer members coming on lately that have been bringing a TN attitude. I use to frequent TN but it was much to hostile of an atmosphere so I stuck to TW. I hope we can keep it to the good (clean ) fun we have been having and EXCELLENT recos and ideas. lets leave the anger statements to TN :)

I hope everyone on the site realizes that the whole alliance thing is all in good fun. I have a good sense of humor and I never take anything anyone says to heart. If TCBOB or any of the mods would like us to tone it down we most definatly can. I like this site and I want nothing but good things for it.

I viewed this site for months before I joined. I don't have many post either but that is because alomost every question I have has already been asked and answered. Sometimes we use the search function and just don't find exactly what we need so we ask it again in a different way. This is by far one of the best sites. It is due to the people so great job to all.

My newbie opinion: I love the site, lots of good info, nice folks.
even I can understand the jokes and i'm french.... I have been on lots of forums and I can say that this one is moderate (bad comment wise)
So if someone is offended by what I have seen so far here, I think TW is better off without them, not thinking about roland in this comment btw

Dude...you're awesome! Alright, as I stated on the S'ern Alliance thread, no more pics of poop from me. BTW, where's the aforementioned "idiot" thread? I ask because I've never seen anything like that here (though I've seen similar posts on toyotanation.com) and, although I'm a newbie and am familiar with only a few of the members, I wonder if the member who said/typed it was just kidding...the general tone of this site is pretty cordial.

    Peace fools.

Wait a second...when did we start letting the French join the site??

(Yes, this is exactly what Roland was referring to. I'm teaching by example. :p)

Well, one other thing you need to know about the French Canadians is that we make much better red-necks then our english counter parts and we are also ready to invade the rest of the country

mouhahaha... they say the same thing all the time at the border.... :D:D
