Change oil yourself, both bob and I got the fumoto F-103N valve. I'm waiting till my next oil change to install then I have to wait till the next one to use it for the first time. I'm excited to have an easy oil change through my allpro skid!!

Ost, gluck with your juice run. I think your post several months ago inspired me to do my second run - I think I held it together for about a week but still eating something for dinner... dropped a little less than 10lbs but it hasn't come back. Good thinking on doing another round, I should definitely do the same. IMO, if you can do something for a week or so and knock off several lbs, even in a way some would consider unhealthy, it could be what you need to jump start your metabolism. A couple years ago I went from 225-230 to 200lbs... the first ~15 were a result of walking to and from bars every night and working all day, certainly not healthy. After that I just started losing weight eating more normal meals and with less activity. Then once I hit 200 it was like eat whatever, dumps like a truck, not gain a pound.

Took some serious effort (or severe lack of discipline, late night delivery, and laziness) to wind up back where I started... I knew better.

Im not worried about any kind if discount on my oil change. Im looking into a skid plate like the one ps78 is getting, but its not from allpro. I dont change my oil myself cause I dont have a place to do it.

    Thanks!

I had a lot of people on another forum give me endless crap but the end result is I'm healthier now than before I started that's for sure. Bottom line is not everyone or everyone's situation is the same so if you need to do something to better yourself then so be it. Anything is better than nothing and having the motivation to try to do something about it is a good first step that most Americans are apparently unable to make.
