    hopefully someday! i mean..im sure we could..but at the same time idk if Mike is willing to do those trails either..have to make him use the front locker at some point..haha

    Honestly id just keep the hi lift in a sealed box. I keep mine in an ammo can. Keeps its out of the elements and the action stays clean that way.

    My only thought with that is that it's going to be pretty much inaccessible down there.. I figure that if I'm already in a situation where I need it, I'm not going to want to dump the truck out to get to it..

    I'm contemplating welding a couple of tabs on just above the bed rails..

    id mount it up higher then right about the bed rails. Makes side access a pain. Ask Joey..haha

    Yeah I kind of charged ahead on the height without really thinking it through.. About the same height as Benbacher's..

    I could always cut it down, but that's kind of a big pain in the ass at this point. Do-able, but a pain in the ass. I'll probably just sell this one if it's too high.

    shit my RTT is 14'' above the bed rails and i feel it big time. Joeys was like 16'' or more and REALY felt it. Can't imagine roof level..

    then again, if your not doing a lot of rocky stuff and off camber stuff..no big deal.

    Been checking out Hagen's.. and it looks to be just about even with his.

    Not planning on doing a whole lot of off-camber stuff. Like I said, it's not then end of the world if it's too high for me - I can always either cut it down, or sell it.

    Nah gage got a new one that is lower. He would be a good person to ask about how much different it feels.

    Hmmm.. Maybe I will cut it down tomorrow. Not the end of the world..

    Going to have to chop my lower stringers and re-weld them up higher.. Feet mounting plates also. Must contemplate..

    Edit: Now that my brain is working, I can just section it on the uprights, and butt-weld.. Duh.
