    I'm with you. I think I was out in the cold too long this weekend. Went to my old HS' homecoming football game where they crushed them.

    Then went to the Oregon/UCLA game in Eugene and watched my Ducks finally win big after a horrible first half. And sleeping in a hotel room... And Levi didn't want to sleep the first night. That's why I said I need another weekend.

    The selling contract is "as is." They put in a request for a few items, and I've taken care of some easy chickeshit ones, but otherwise did not agree to anything difficult or involving materials I didn't have on hand, or time I don't have.

    I am talking about the "new" old house...but they are so charming! Yes! Full of fucking charm!

    Wiremold is out, and had electricians come in and do EMT, found that the line went from 12 ga to 14 ga and back up. Nice fuse...

    I'm not really doing anything today. 2 things I need to do, I can't. I can't access most .mil websites from a public access internet server. I have to be on an AFNET (air force network) computer system. The only person in the office who can get onto one (via VPN) is off today.

    Nopes. Escrow ends on 11/8. But if anything goes wrong in the next couple days, we have an all-cash backup offer in the wings. We are telling this buyer to shit or get off the pot on contingencies, because there is somone right behind them who requires no contingencied excepts inspections. We could do a 20-day escrow or less, no banks or FHA or appraisers involved. And get back to my normal life.
