haha that's funny. That's why I carry a gun...no, but seriously, you should've gone home and loaded up some piss-filled water balloons or something

My Dad bought a 2003 Suburban. He was driving home from work one day and a cinder block smashed through the windshield and landed in the passenger seat. The kids were smart and threw it from an overpass where you'd have to go another mile to exit and circle back.

I would be lucky the cops even drive past there after I called. Just called to alert them to dangerous situation. I know there is nothing that can be done about my truck.

There are always kids hanging out along the road in that area. I guess going home from school. I was looking right at them because I am always afraid they are horsing around and one of them may get pushed into the road or something. Then I see the kids arm swing around and BAM! Should have slammed on the brakes and made them run at least. But a lot of traffic so not to safe.

stop, catch the kids. piss in thier shoes

or make them call thier parents and have them stop whatever they are doing to come and see what they did. If they dont want to, offer to call the police.

    That sucks man...

I'm lucky it hasn't happened to me yet. I did see one of my coworkers brand new Raptor get hit with a brick on the way to work about a month ago. I don't think all kids/people understand the real danger of doing this stuff. Hopefully it sinks in.

There was a kid that graduated with me that put a cinder block in the middle of the road at night and a cop on the way to a call ran over it. The sheriff made the kid join the military or he was going to press charges. He's now in his 6th year of the Navy, where I'm sure he's learned some common sense

I know an old man who got tired of some kid driving through his pile of leaves in the fall. So he went out and pilled cinder blocks under his leaves.

not saying that it was the right thing to do. but it was pretty funny.

He put it right in front of his house. He was a smart dude in school, but a complete dumbass outside of school. He's about to be a licensed navy medic though, so I guess it paid off in the long run. It beats sitting in jail!

haha I know a guy that did something similar. His mailman kept driving onto his grass, so he put some 16 penny nails through a 1x6 and put it in his yard...problem solved

not the right thing to do either, but funny!

yeah, that is one of those things that could end up much worse than you anticipate.

I am old enough to be constantly thinking about all the bad potential outcomes of everything whereas when I was a kid I never thought of any until they happened.....

When i was younger at my parents house in the country on the river people would use the driveway to turn around, but drive through the yard istead of doing it properly. Then they ran over a couple mail boxes.

The solution was the same thing, burried railroad ties vertical for marker posts at the corners and 2x6 with nails extending out along the grass just outside of the drive.

I never saw anyone with flats, but i know the tire tracks through the yard stopped.
