    I switched my eating up from 6 meals a day to 5 meals a day b/c I got tired of laying in bed drinking a shake every night. So, now my eating is finished about an hour before I get in bed, rather than right before I go to bed. All I did was just add a little bit to each meal to keep all my macro levels the same.

    Funny story...which may be the underlying cause of why I don't drink shakes in bed anymore...Saturday night, I was in bed with one of my patented Serious Mass shakes with honey, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter. My girlfriend was asleep beside me and, as I was shaking it, the fucking top popped open and drenched her. I thought she was gonna shoot me.

    In my experience, the TK's have fallen apart faster than the Rehbands. Also, in my case, USAPL only allows the use of Rehbands not the TK's. Regardless they're both good for when you don't want to pull out the wraps. Train for a few weeks without them, and then do an over load set with the wraps and you'll feel as though your movement patterns have improved and that the weight just moves without much effort. Oh find. Cheap bottle of wetsuit cleaner to wash them. They hold funk like crazy.

    Did chest today with some shoulders. strength is coming back for sure, put up 110s for incline dumbell press, 185 for over head press, some side, rear delt work and some isolated dumbbell flat bench.

    i actually like wrapping more when i get close to the PR weights, but i try to stay away from max effort for now since my injury. hope fully these will last at least 100 leg days. lol

    Well, gentlemen, I finally got 275 on bench today...TWICE! I tried last week and the week before and couldn't get it. I did legs today and a friend was on bench so I went for it. Warmed up with 10 reps of 135 and about 2 mins later finally got 275. It was so smooth the first time, I did one more...I was freaking out! That's the most I've ever benched about 2 months ago and I'm finally back there. Next stop, 315

    yep. Bench and squats are all I ever do a 1rm on. My squats need plenty of work though haha

    Body weight 181.3 right before lifting. No straps. Old school tape on the shins for a little scratch assistance, and my trusty Toro Bravo lever belt.
    The gym I was at today has large bumper gorilla plates. That's all that we could squeeze on the bar. Plus did "Bring Sally Up" squats twice yesterday. Hips are shot from that.
