hell yeah man......i strongly second that. with us having a meet, and hanging out at night....it would suck for everybody to have camp sites all over the place.

hey man, i will try to make it a bit earlier.....just depends on when couch gets here and me figuring when the rest of who is following me is gonna show up. you could possibly get there a bit earlier than the rest of us, claim the camping site, set up camp, etc, then we'd be along shortly. if you got there about lunch time or so, we should be pretty good for the site and all.

    http://www.cs.unca.edu/nfsnc/recreation/uwharrie/

go there and then click on "uwharrie map and facilities list", and look for yates place. its about dead center on the map and labeled in red. thats the free camp site. if u go to "camping" and then "yates place", it shows u a pic and gives some small directions.

i dont think we'll wheel that day. prolly start wheeling sat morning and make a good morning/afternoon of it. i know u wanna go fishing and all. i also dont know if since we're on the natl forest land if we can buy a temp or 1 week fishing license or not. from what i've heard though, everyone will have to buy a pass to wheel...like $5 a day.
