    He was our buying agent, and I had some reservations about using him to sell. I had a talk with him before we agreed. He understood all the concerns that I voiced in a fair and constructive manner. And I thought, selling is easier than buying, anyway....But apparently he ignored everything we discussed once he had a signed agreement in hand. Business as usual, no fucks given.

    I even enountered a buying agent showing the house who was pissed off at him because he didn't keep the MLS up to date, and it didn't show the property as pending. The agent said "this is the second one today!" I said call him and give him hell. This was the cash offer agent and I have her card, so if this deal goes to shit, I'll fire him and work directly with her.

    He is the definition of unprofessional in terms of communication, reponsiveness, and support. He is not earning his cut. Nor is his staff.

    I should have gone with my gut.

    I'm just biting my lip and trying to get to signing right now.

    Sounds like the lady I had to work with on building my new house. She gets paid because she is the Realtor in the transaction. She was unorganized, very unprofessional in the amount of info she shared with us about others (and i can only assume how much of my info she shared with others), and horrible in her communications.

    Realtors SUCK!

    If the deal gets done on schedule, the only injustice will be that he gets my money instead of someone else. I have big issues with my money rewarding DB activity.
