    :sorry: Connor

 Do what they're telling you. You can't take care of anyone if you let yourself get beat down. ;)

Amazing how often a gut feeling is more accurate than our brain. ;)

I've only been through one home buying experience. We were too scared to take the plunge before we got here on our last active duty assignment.

My cousin has been in real estate for over 30 years, 20 years when we came here. We were still in the UK when I told him we wanted to buy a house when we got here. He told me, "don't talk to any realtors until I give you the name of one." Took him three weeks to find one that passed muster for him. He kept me updated weekly ... usually it went something like "talked to three (or four) this week, haven't found one smart enough that I trust yet." Seems to me a lot of them are only in it to make lots of money with little integrity and even less professionalism.

Sorry yours is being such a pain, Scott. :(

Good luck getting the house sold.... Unfortunately, there are lots of folks out there who fall into that category.

Yeah, I don't doubt his competence as far as making deals, and when we have to discuss negotiation or strategy, it is fine, and he makes some recommendations that I agree with. But returning calls and email, giving me other answers I want, and getting the forms and paperwork processed in a timely manner... He just likes talking, not doing.

Like why do we have stated deadlines for contingency removal if no one gives a fuck but me? Why can't you tell me if they have received the FHA appraisal yet? WTF?

Typical salesman imo. Luckily at my work all our salesmen do is market our products. Once marketed we totally take over the quoting and sales. They have zero responsibility to do anything else. I give my boss props on that.

Yeah, I despise salespeople. Everyone who actually works for a living does.

BTW, we are discussing Wee Wee's pubes in another thread, if anyone is interested.

I found my own house on the web because mine was to stupied to get that I had a budget and would not exceed it. she kept trying to show me houses 50k over what I wanted to spend. After one day looking at her options in person visiting them I told her to just e-mail me the listings she found so my time wasn't wasted.

My realtor wouldn't even walk in the house I bought after she scheduled a visit to see it. My foreclosure was below her. Sadly my money wasn't. stupid fake ass bleach blonde fake tan mercedes Benz driving Ho!
