They say we're in Florida, but it's really more like Alabama on a coastline...

I was in the U.S. Navy. I am a former Gunner's Mate and I worked the MK 41 VLS(Vertical Laiunching System) onboard the mighty U.S.S. Briscoe DD-977, a Spruance Class Destroyer. I have fired a few Tomahawks onto our enemies, the shitty part is I got out before 9-11 occured. I made a few deployments to the Persian Gulf and to the Med. Had a blast and also enjoyed seeing the world at the same time.

    Once a Gunner's Mate, Always a Gunner's Mate!!!!!!!!!

Worse, further down in Stafford. Been doing it for almost 5 years now from exit 140 all the way to the Navy Annex when it was open and then over to Tyson's Corner since then. The Norfolk traffic will actually be a welcome relief after this tour.

Thanks. It'll be interesting enlisting and being a PFC at 23 years old when most enlisting are fresh out of high school but I'm pumped to get started down this road
