    We've got a few.
Other than the stupid butterfly/gravity knife thing, our knife carry laws are far less restrictive than many other states including Texas.

I'd whip some ass. Nobody messes up my truck, especially some punk kids doing it on purpose for shits and giggles. I'd be madder than a singed wolverine.
Apparently, it's also a felony by VA law:
"Any person who maliciously shoots at, or maliciously throws any missile at or against, any train or cars on any railroad or other transportation company or any vessel or other watercraft, or any motor vehicle or other vehicles when occupied by one or more persons, whereby the life of any person on such train, car, vessel, or other watercraft, or in such motor vehicle or other vehicle, may be put in peril, is guilty of a Class 4 felony. In the event of the death of any such person, resulting from such malicious shooting or throwing, the person so offending is guilty of murder in the second degree. However, if the homicide is willful, deliberate and premeditated, he is guilty of murder in the first degree.

If any such act is committed unlawfully, but not maliciously, the person so offending is guilty of a Class 6 felony and, in the event of the death of any such person, resulting from such unlawful act, the person so offending is guilty of involuntary manslaughter."

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
nice. with a CCW permit in iowa you can practically have anything to include butterfly/gravity knife and brass knuckles

That's what's good about GA. They encourage you to pack heat. I carry a Glock 24 with an extended clip and night sights. I drive to Atlanta for school every Tues and Thurs and keep it on the bench seat beside me. If I'm riding around my hometown, it's usually stowed away somewhere, but I don't trust some of those fools in the big city! It's the best thing to have that you hope you never have to use. I'm taking my g/f to get hers this weekend. Got a nice little .380 for her to carry

I saw this happening once, the kids threw something at the car ahead of me so I locked up and started chasing them. They ran home where I called the cops and waited. I gave them a statement and all my information and told them I would absolutely testify at criminal and civil trials. I was never called so I assume the parents paid their restitution.

If you're ever hit by something somebody threw you should definitely call it in even if you can't identify the person. Cops will come look for them and possibly catch them. Even if they don't, if someone did what I did you'll get the perpetrator's info and have someone to hold responsible for your damages.

I remember several years ago, I was at a 4th of July fireworks show with my cousin. I was in my 2nd gen 4runner, and I remember fighting through traffic while we were leaving, and I saw something with a lit fuse land on my hood. Whatever it was, it exploded and scared the hell out of us! I was especially pissed because I had the sunroof open, and the firecracker could have landed inside the passenger compartment. Needless to say, I saw the little bastards who did it, and I pulled off onto a side dirt road. They walked behind my 4runner while I was pulled over and I punched the gas, spraying them with dirt and rocks. I think they learned their lesson hehe

    back to bone stock.
this thread cuts me both ways. when my dad passed, i went berzerker..i was awful. angry and awful.

i let a rock hard apricot get away from me and it sailed over a fence and smashed a windshield. the driver got up in my face..and my mom heard. dead kid walking. my mom paid for the damage, and i was put on ice. grounded for months. as an adult, i shiver at the hellion i was.

fast forward. i had a one week old jeep. i saw the kid throw the rock. the kid had and arm! zinged it straight and true, and my windshield exploded. i caught the kid, he was crying,,i never touched him, but he got trapped between homes. his mom came, and i let her tongue lash him..i just left. i was owed the bad karma.

the first week i bought my home. i bought a brand new line trimmer..hung it up, walked in the house, and saw a kid running down the street with my line trimmer. fuck..i put on my coat and went and bought another one. this time i started it up, and touched it to the ground..i picked up a rock and chucked it into my windshield..it exploded.

apparently, karma needed two more swipes at me..i was a bad kid. i gave away the line trimmer and bought a new one..a stihl. the bad juju was gone!

You should have fallen over and played dead. Then when they came over to desecrate the body you could have grabbed one of the little bastards.

I just watched a Judge Judy episode where a 14 yo and a 12 yo we're caught throwing rocks at cars from an overpass. A prior court decision charged the kids with a felony which the kids plead guilty. To lower the charge to a misdemeanor, the parents must pay for all the damage to the cars the kids hit with the rocks. 11 cars were damaged totaling $7000. In damage.
The case Judge Judy was hearing involved one set of parents suing the other set for half of the damage caused by both kids. One set of parents refused to pay stating that they didn't have the money and we're willing to have the felony charge against her son stick. Judge Judy ruled in their favor, so the other set of parents had to eat the $7000.00 cost to have the charges reduced against their son.
    Hooray for Judge Judy justice!

    WTF????

Who does that? I'm beginning to understand why the kid was out throwing rocks at traffic to begin with...

Good TV, but Judge Judy is completely faked.

No DA in the country would reduce a felony charge if the parents are willing to pay for damages, but still make the victims take them to civil court.
The DA would press felony charges, and any plea bargaining would happen prior to conviction. Part of the sentence would include restitution.
If the kids plead guilty, then it's a felony conviction done and done.

Besides, as minors, even for a murder, they would only be able to hold them in Juvi until they are 22 (unless they are old enough and circumstances allow them to be tried as an adult), and their Juvi conviction record would be sealed.

Thanks Rich.. I realize Judge Judy is purely entertainment but she does provide a service.. An outlet. How many times have you wanted to call someone an idiot when you see him texting, on the phone, just being distracted while driving. She calls it as we see it. The're idiots. The parents of the case I spoke of do not know how to set limits or provide the guidance their kids need. They are now reaping the product of their poor parenting..A big kick in the ass while causing a danger and damage to property of others.

I am not advocating physical punishment. I would just like parents to show their kids responsibility, guidance, and responsibility for their actions. Also have them learn how their actions affect others.

No corporal punishment at home or in schools or anywhere & disciplining being considered child abuse because of a few overzealous actually abusive parents is where all this is getting us. Again, just like in too many cases, compensating for the few is fucking the majority and ruining shit for everyone. There are no consequences so why aren't kids gonna test limits and do this kind of stupid shit? Adults are and getting away with it in some form or fashion all the time too. No personal responsibility & political correctness are the ruination of this country. What gets me is that these stupid fucks have no concern or clue that there are so many people out there so fed up with the way everything is so dysfuntional nowadays and set up against people doing the right shit that they could lose their lives for fucking with the wrong person with their "mischeviousness" & "pranks". Dealing with the results of problems never solves them. Putting people away for doing the disciplining that the parents aren't doing or aren't allowed to do will only teach kids what they can get away with and they will keep taking it further. Our society has become so retarded as a whole. It is disgraceful. Good luck everybody trying to do right. End spooky Halloween reality check...................

I am...every dumb kid needs a good ass whipping if they do something stupid. That's what's wrong with this country. Growing up, I was scared to do bad stuff in fear of getting my ass spanked...When I was too old for spankings, my dad never hesitated to pop my ass across the back of the head haha.
