Yea, that's a good way to put it. It seemed like the eye to eye didnt want to shorten anymore, like I said we even got a bar levered on the shackle and it just felt like we were fighting the spring to move the shackle forward... Oh well, no real complaints with the situation just odd and I kind of want to just know the answer.

I looked for a video I saw once of a failed drift on a second gen and couldn't find it, you're right, its a bad idea.

Is it the one where the guy does an almost slow-mo roll and just stops on his top and starts screaming and swearing? Haha. He was being dumb in general.

But either way yeah I would be a little leary with that tent on top. Adds to suspension roll when cornering I'm sure.

I remember that video I think. From on road to off-road "drift", the roll. Next to a bunch of other Tacos?

Yep. Like I said it was pretty stupid on his part. I think the biggest factor was he seems to only half way commit to the drift.
    Yep haha!!

Found it... but it apparently isn't viewable anymore...

Hey Marc it states you have a 24" Maggie in your specs but you commented on Joel's thread (J.J. Hitchens) that you have an 18" Maggie!? I liked the sound of your muffler from the video clip you also posted! I don't think magnaflow makes a 24". Also, did you go 2.25" or 2.5" on the muffler entry/exit and offset/offset? Thanks for your help I'm gonna be buying a muffler to weld into stock location soon and yours sounded great!

Hey sorry Dave, I havn't updated that part of the first page  I had the 24" 12286# on the truck and put the 18" 12256# on about 2 months ago. The video in Joel's build is the 18"

Edit: there, fixed the first page and added a link to the video :D

Hey Marc! I just got my 18" magnaflow installed today...You inspired me with that powerslide video you posted. I'm loving the sound so far. Thanks again. And you should go with the MT/R for your next set of tires. They are badass man.
