    Hella by itself, yes. Hella-flush, no.

    If I were to say "Damn, I'm hella tired from working on the truck all night.", then yes. It would sound as if I was from NorCal. But I used a hyphenated term that is applied almost universally to desribe cars with high degrees of negative camber, with the wheels tucked under the fender at ride height.

    That's like if I were to say "My favorite food is quesadillas", and you ask me if I was Mexican.
