    Bent frame isn't that bad and is usually easy to pull back into spec. I think peoples ideas of how severe it is just never grew with the times. It's nothing minor but it's not as severe as it used to be. I have done frame pulls and repairs on a lot of cars and trucks, Toyota's are no picnic but not hard. Most of the time with Toyota you have to pull 18-22mm past 0 to get there because the frames are UHSS forged fromm hell. Ford, gm and dodge pull like butter. If it's just a sag and or sway it's pretty easy. If there is a diamond it'll take some effort.

    If you bent it, you did a good job. As far as it being totaled, I doubt it's bad enough but it also comes down to who you're insured with. Some companies will kill it for a pencil tip size hole. Others will tell you to just bring it back into spec.
