    You know she can claim her home state as residency right? There was a new law that passed a few years ago, (09) that says military spouses can claim their home of record as their residence because they are only where they are because of the military....

    Until the military member retires. There is no grace period upon termination of active service. Is why it's always a good idea to keep your license current, even if not changing residency. The 90 day grace period is only for new residents
