    I don't know what you are talking about but Fran is a crossfit workout. 21 thrusters at 95 lbs, 21 pull ups, 15 thrusters @95 lbs, 15 pull ups, 9 thrusters @95 lbs and 9 pull ups for time. My time sucks but it's still brutally fun

    I did xfit for a few weeks and Helen's were hard enough. I stick with a 6 day gym schedule now but looking to add some self defense classes & heavy bag fitness just as soon as I order some compression shorts, cup, gloves & mouthpiece.

    I do a little martial arts to keep my skills sharp. I do a lot of running with gear and what not. But nothing is as brutal as most crossfit work outs.
