    For 33's and up, the bigger the wheel the more expensive the tire... I wish we could fit 15's because they are so much cheaper than 16's. 17's are pretty ridiculous in price and 20's are just insane! haha

    I'm not saying anything is wrong with DSMS, but there seems to be a large bias for them to the same degree that people are biased towards spacers, and DB lifts and other things on here.

    I just gave my experience above with them on trying to get product information and SDHQ was a lot more helpful to me than DSMS, so I would rather give SDHQ my money.

    Monte mentioned this the other night, but as much as people would love to get paid for their hobbies (I.e pro snowboarder) when you do it for a job and paying bills depends on it it loses some of its allure and excitement. As much as you guys give me shit, I love to build stuff, and weld, and work on my stuff. But I could never do it for a job where I have to conform to other people's requirements.

    I'm fortunate I found a career path (accounting) that I enjoy, that can land me in an industry of my interests (or any new interests) and I can still keep my core hobbies fun and as a stress relief, and a treat on the weekends. Finding that career you can succeed in by enjoying it even slightly while keepin your interests seperates I think is the ticket. Key thing there being career, not job. Biggest thing I've been told is not to sacrifice long term stability for short term gains.



    In other news, I have done my research and think I have a list of my purchases I'm going to pull the trigger on to begin building my investment portfolio. Sick gnar.

    It's probably because they get pretty defensive and butt hurt web people talk negatively or give back criticism

    I have had good experience with them but know plenty that haven't. It's all relative haha! I like Sierra better but that's just me

    i have purchased from both. Both by phone/TW actually.

    Both were very helpful. I bought my 10'' Billies from DSM after explaining my lift and numbers and all.

    bought my glass fenders from SDHQ.

    Both were good places i thought and both answered my questions well and gave me want i wanted in the long run.

    like DSM wanted me to get 11'' 5125s..but i wanted the resi of the 5150..so 10'' it was. SDHQ wanted me to just get 6'' flare..i was like nah, i want the 4.5'' and they explained 4.5'' often doesn't cover up the LT trucks. Didn't mind..obviously..haha



    as for that..

    idk about that still. Obviously they are still doing business quite successfully. So..not sure about that whole ordeal.

    I think it wasn't their fault. But a bad employee. Which is easily solved and probably was..fired.

    But how much of it may have been over exaggeration of people on both sides... Like I said I would like to see what went down in court and what became of the situation and not just a single news article (that was all I can find anyway).

    Im not a big climber really..but i like doing it. My brother is the big climber. He will be SOOO Jealous haha but it'll be a fun job for me. Closest thing to the outdoors i miss ill get really..and get paid for it..

    It's too bad one of his fuel pumps took a shit and same for the newer chevys front end. Would have been awesome to see what both those rigs could do in the pulls if they were running 100%.

    the VW is the best. Had the best suspension travel and tire combo, power, and rear steer and good driver. Was disappointed it didn't do better in the last event. But it did finish the second to last which no one has ever done before.
