I was driving around the other day and my friend tried to open my back right window and he couldn't do it and asked why child-lock was on. The strange thing is that child-lock was turned off and after I moved to window down from the driver side controls the window was "unlocked". Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Is the little switch on the driver side door panel that shows a window x'ed out pressed in? It toggles all other windows except for the driver window to be locked. I hit it once and thought my windows were broke and wouldn't go down. :p

I double checked and all of the other windows were working except for the back right one.

Could be a lose wire on the switch.

Checking on this thread…. Any luck on this issue with child proof switch.. I’m wondering because my 04 Tacoma window motor won’t work on passenger side yet works on driver side…..on passenger side I verified switches sending power to motor pigtail..

If power and ground are making it to the motor it should be spinning.. might need a motor
