REMEMBER it is daylight savings time so set your clocks back! From there we are rolling out an convoying to Shamokin. A stock truck will handle the trails just fine.

 

Since I would be coming from west side of Harrisburg could I just wait in Shamokin somewhere? Will you be taking 61 from Centralia or going by trail? How do you guys usually communicate around there, cell, CBs ?

 

I have a CB I know LUSETACO had one, mostly it's line of sight for communication it seems. I'll be running my CB though

There is a Dunkin Donuts where you will make a left off 61 onto market st (125). That may be a good spot in case anyone needs some coffee or carbs.? Also if its closer for anyone else that wants to meet up in shamokin. I will be in the lot in a silver dbl cab no later than 10:30. Sound good?

 

anyone local have experience with BHLM? I am thinking about doing it but am extremely nervous.

I did mine and it wasn't bad at all. Just take your time and follow the directions. I screwed up by forgetting to turn off the oven before putting them in it. I started to melt the housings. Thankfully it didn't melt through. Other than that, no issues at all.

 

Here in Schuylkill Co, we send smoke signals to communicate.I will be at the RT 61 and 42 intersection for 930 am. It would be easy for you to meet us all in Shamokin as well. Either the DD or anywhere for that matter. PM me your number if you like, I will txt you when we are in Shamokin. (Gota drive though it to get to the trailhead).
