    Haven't in a long time.

Fried with Franks hot sauce. If you want it less spicy, cut it with butter.

way i do mine....................deep fry my wings, put them in a big bowl and cover with tinfoil to keep hot. in a pot........1 cup ketchup, 2 cups franks red hot, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper, a few shakes of black pepper, and half a stick of butter. set stove on medium and let the butter melt, and stir all together......depending on how hot....use more franks red hot and more cayenne. then........pour the sauce all over the wings and let them sit in the sauce for about 10 minutes.....then quick grill them, and pour the sauce back over them. mmmmmmmmgood!!!

I have no actual recipe, but I'm partial to a simple sauce. I'd just melt some butter and throw in an ass-load of Tabasco until it tastes good. I do have a recipe for an Asian-style sauce that I'll have to search for. Be back in a few.

Edit: Just saw that you don't like the sweet sauces. Nevermind.

Fry the wings using HOOTERS Wing Breading... then put them in a container and dump in a heated jar of HOOTERS Wing Sauce...
OK, I am partial to HOOTERS!

My soon to be ex-wife has a great recipe for a Buffalo Chicken Dip. It takes like chicken wings but you dip nachos into it. If ya want it, let me know.

I'm about 25 minutes drive from the place where they were 'invented', ('Anchor Bar') and to compete with the place they were 'invented', there are plenty of places locally to get the best wings in the country, all without me making the mess.

Not to date myself, but they used to have wing nights around here for 5 cents a wing. As the rest of you caught on, the price went up.
