    2nd juice fast day 5 check-in:

    Starting Weight: 290.8
    Current Weight: 251.6
    Previous Weight: 252.4
    Lost since yesterday: 0.8
    Total Weight lost: 39.2

It's been a few days since I updated so here's an update. After my last update I lost 0lbs the next day and I think the next day was 0.2lb or 0.4lb so not even really worth reporting. Yesterday I lost a couple of pounds but had a busy day and forgot to post. At any rate I'm at about 7.4lbs lost since Monday so I'm on my way to my goal. I'm also closing in on another milestone and that's 40lbs lost total between my first juice fast in July, my diet since and my juice fast this time. The next one after that will be being in the 240's when I get under 250lbs. Should be an exciting few days!

Got my shipping confirmation email from 4xinovasions last night. Checked the tracking number with FedEx, 70lb package will be here on the 6th. So now I just have to figure out what color I want to paint the skid plate when it gets here.

How much weight loss per week is safe? I mean how much can you lose and not be starving your self or hurting your body? I dont know anything about juicing and Im not allowed to lose any weight right now, Im just curious.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
It's all about how much you started with. Early on, fat will drop quick. Once you start getting low on that it trickles off. If you decide to lift and run too, you will notice little loss at first due to muscle gain.

not entirely true. If you aren't providing your body with adequate nutrients and aren't in a calorie surplus mode, I highly doubt you will obtain additional muscle. However, dieting + lifting your muscle will show more (obviously) as the fat levels drop.

As for a "safe" weight loss- that varies per individual...first will be water, then some fat...once you're steadily dropping and it slows down, I would say 1-1.5lbs is a safe number..even then it may be too much...just varies upon the individual.

Tough to say. Everyone is different. I wouldn't recommend the amounts I'm losing for everyone though.

    That will buff out!!

Damn that sucks. Time for a HC rear bumper and leave the dent for the reason why(not that it would have really helped) but with a shot for more mods. :D glad you are ok though. Why didn't you finish, gotta finish damage comes with wheeling eventually it will happen.

We were stuck there getting everybody through, then a group of tricked-out ATVs came and told us the next section was worse and would likely be impossible. I didn't want to risk more damage. I wouldn't mind so much if the paint hadn't chipped so bad. Dents I can handle, rust is the part I'm worried about. Definitely planning on a HC rear though. Have been for a while.

Man Travis that sux. You might be able to carefully pound it out if you take off the bed or something. Dont worry too much about rust, my driver door has met with a tree when I first got it and so did my rocker panel. Minimum rust and it was all done in 08.

Gonna do an OST update on my dogs training. Prolly not as often though: 2nd day took them to a park packed with people let the roam free for a few seconds( they got to the other side of the park) called them back 1 at a time and had the heal for a few mins before having the other person I was with call them using a 2nd remote and did that for about 30mins. My lab only had 1 time I had to use the shock instead of the vibrate. Not bad for day two.

Just sand it down wash it off primer and use some duplicolor Toyota match paint. Wet sand and clear. Will do good if it's not a big area.

I will probably try something like that. It just looks like the paint came off (not totally, obviously) in a section a bout half the size of a dollar bill.

I need to find a place to fix the damage to my truck, its more then just a buff and paint Im afraid. Does any one know of a place that does welding? I need to get my cross arm fixed. Travis was there when I messed it up and I finally have money to fix it.
