No worries, & from what I see throw a couple springs under it & if you don't tow heavy or often I'd dump the overload...:)

    I know , I know... Logan's should get there any day now:D

OK, update for those concerned with orders (that are delayed)

The USPS has deemed my products & packaging as "Hazardous/nontoxic"

Because some zip ties weren't clipped low enough & some postal employees apparently suffered some cuts/lacerations, long story short I have to re package in full, enclosed boxes, i appologize for this delay & will re package & re ship promptly, thank you all for understanding

Yeah, I don't think they care as long as its completely covered up..:)confused::confused:)

So I'll dance to their tune I reckon, they could've let me know when I originally shipped but i guess no one had been injured by my "Hazardous/nontoxic" products yet.....Jeezus....

Yeah when I had my 4wd parts delivered they refused to actually bring them to my house, yet I wasn't authorized to carry them out of the back of the post office.... I say we hack em all and make fedex our main postal service lol

Well in all fairness to them i guess, there were a few sticking out & hard to see , & they can cut like a bitch too (i know from exp.)

But yeah i been getting kinda jerked around a bit prior to this but its also a "get what you pay for" thing i suspect, i mean you guys pay the shipping so no skin off my nose price wise, if someone wanted overnight delivery I can promise it'll almost be as much as the product itself, but maybe a more uniform container for said Hazardous/nonToxic products , shipping will be smoother, meh, I may stop doing builds altogether (except for myself of course)

I just did this mod over the weekend, added two cheve springs outta an 1985 1/2ton to my tsb pack and removed the overload as well. Anyways I got about 2inches of lift, So I was able to remove my 1.5 block. An let me just say THANK-You Doug!! It's actually smoother on road as well as over bumps, flexes better an no more bottoming out on the over load spring! Best mod I've done to my truck an it only cost me around $80 for everything. I'm doing the B.A.M.F shock re-locate kit, so soon as I get that done this weekend I'll post some pics... Thanks again Doug an recommend everyone to do this :)

I just picked up a set of '04 Tacoma leafs, and a set of '93 Chevy 2500 63" leafs ( 4 + overload ). One of the shortest Chevy leafs is broken, but the others are fine. I was on the fence about doing the 63" swap on my truck ( '01 reg cab 4x4 Tacoma ) but have settled on building a custom pack with these instead of doing all the fab work to install the 63" packs.

What leafs should I use and in what order to gain 3" out back?

Actually I just added another leaf today an I'm right at 3".. So I have a TSB 3 leaf pack, an removed the bottom overload leaf an replaced it with 3 leafs from a 1985 Cheve 1/2 ton. These leafs are thiner an have a slightly better arch than what your newer cheve springs have

Can I be pointed to the page number of the details of this mod because I have a 4 month old and don't have the time to look through 100 pages. This might keep me from buying an expo leaf pack and save some money. Thanks guys!
