    nope

    i was offduty...in my truck...pull up to a gas station...see these 2 girls sitting in their car looking around all kinds of nervous...there was a local cop in the parking lot as well...i go inside...no one inside...i buy my drink and dip and walk out...cop is gone...punk ass dope boy is pulled between my truck and the 2 girls car...all windows rolled down...

    i see him hand the girl in the passenger seat a rolled up ziploc baggie...roll up his windows...and take off...

    theres also a strong smell of reefer wafting from his vehicle

    i call dispatch once im in the truck...i also happened to be going the same direction as these girls...i arrive at my turn about the time another cop gets behind me...as i make the turn...i see him turn on his blue lights on the girls

    called a buddy who knew the cop who stopped them...and got word via them that the girls were both arrested for simple possession
