haha true that. I'm accustomed to having a baby belly in the winter, since I'm bulking and usually eat pretty crappy on the weekends...not to mention it being football season.

Actually thats not.bad. Almost 140% of your bw. just for what its worth, iv'e been at this pretty hard for almost 5 years now. even did some part time work at a high school gym training people. breaking 400 has been a long term goal with breaking 480 being my extra long term goal to break the world record set by james phraner (might be spelled wrong). i have till im 29 to do it. but iv'e really plateaued off so looking for advice i guess. normal bench day consists of rotator warm up, light (225 x 20) then 3 sets of 10 @ 315. heavy doubles between 340 and 365. heavy singles @ 385. then tricep pressing. weighted dips, cable flies, and dumbbell work. havent incorporated decline or incline yet. any recommendations to which works better?

exercise like floor press helps with breaking plateau, if you are having trouble locking out, chains will build lock out strength too. if you are use to train constant resistance, having some variable resistance, will really help.

I'm about 210 and only bench 225. I am a puss in the lifting world. Take into account that I'm also 6'2" with piss poor genetics (attachment points)

    Squat sesh this afternoon
    10@135,10@225,10@265,5@315,5@365,3@385,3@395,1@405
Kept it relatively light to work on speed out of the hole. Stopped when I felt like I was starting to grind em out. Then I dropped back down to 275 added 38# chains(each) and did sets of 10 until I could no longer complete the 10. Bw 185.3 carb back loaded last night went up a little. Haha
