    SPA does not maintain the warm springs but aims at helping those interested informed as to what is needed at the springs, be it labor or supplies. It is a very informative forum.

    Keep it peaceful and serene in Saline. No riffraff thanks.

    Got back last week from a great trip to Saline Valley. We took south pass and the washboard down the alluvial fan and valley is much better but there are still some areas to slow down for. Grapevine canyon has some deeper washouts but several people have put the effort in to build them up with rocks. Most 4x4s can probably make it with no problem.

    If you go to the springs there are major washouts on Bat Rock Road. Just take it easy.

    No, this is a scout outing, combo of off roading and hiking to the mines. Between the Panamint valley days and the expo outing I am sure we will see a few people out there.

    Is there a master among us? It's a big place. I think it would be fair to say that we are just students... this place has a lot of places to discover and learn about. I'm sure there will be a trip in the near future. The weather is about perfect right now.

    We tried to get to the kilns but there were a lot of locked gates due to the floods in August, so we headed to northern DV. We hit Titus canyon, the racetrack, hunter mountain down to Panamint springs over to Darwin.
