I was talking to the mech that's throwing on the kit and he was telling me that the notch on the leaf springs ( from the kit ) in the back aren't matching exactly with the spacer. Toytec said that once its positioned and torqued down it'll be all good. Anyone know anything about this ? The mech was pretty spooked about the safety aspect in consideration to the diff.

Tell him to switch the side that he has them on. And make sure the longer part of the spring is towards the front.

thanks for the tip - Does the notch align easily or does it really go in after being torqued down ?

What spacer???? There are no spacers with the ultimate lift kit. There are only leaf springs in the rear, no? The Ultimate Lift Kit utilizes coil overs and leaf springs to achieve the lift. leveling kits utilize spacers.
perhaps there is an error with your nomenclature.
