It now says 70mph gusts. It's in the forecast on that NOAA link. You will be fine, just bring an axe or saw in case a tree falls and blocks your way out.

Still don't know how I'm the only one that drove about a mile of narrow pinstriping brush on NF-7710 2. :notsure:

That's for tonight. Tomorrow it's saying closer to 10mph, which I am not too worried about. Good looking out though. =)

Good to hear you'll be joining us! I don't have much for recovery equipment, but I will be bringing a small shovel (e-tool), large tow strap, and my running shoes in case I need to take a jog in to town. Just kidding, kinda. It looks like you have a winch and a hi-lift, so I don't think we'll need much. I will probably snag an axe in the morning, just in case.

I am honestly not worried about the conditions at all. There was only one spot that I think could get pretty hairy, and if it's too bad, we won't progress that far.

I have quite a bit for recovery (never can have too much).
I don't have an axe, but I have a folding saw that does some pretty magnificent work.

Wish I could join with you guys. Got a lot of stuff to do around here before I leave until late December.

In other news, I am wife and kid free until December 21st! (only 3 days free before I have to do busy work in CO)

    THEY FOUND MY MOTHERFUCKING STUFFFFFFFF!!!!!

I should hopefully get my gun back this week before I leave! Fuck yeah!

They found it in Federal Way, and have someone in custody while they serve a search warrant on the rest of the car for my other stuff.

You move back, and pretty soon, I am looking to move away. Wife and I have been eyeing a place in Spokane. Couple things to get squared away before we can make the deal happen though.

Awesome. Have you heard if the suspect has any connection to one of your neighbors?

I just need to get it in the next 2 days since I leave Wednesday. Maybe they will have the rest of my stuff after they serve the warrant.

Nope, moving for the wife. I have a solid job here that I am very happy with. I have been trying to get this company to want to expand to Spokane, but that is too much of a stretch for them yet.

Where are you looking to move to, pending position? I have been around SnohoCo just a bit.

Anywhere out of the main cities. Too tired of big city life, but a move isn't really justified without the right job in the same area.

Thanks Tim! It was just west of Kachess Lake on a random logging road not far off the highway.
Didn't venture that far up in elevation cause it would not have been fun getting stuck & not having a winch/someone else to pull me out
