I can take care of it for beer and food as well. I've installed the exact lift you have on my truck and I have a shiny new impact gun :D

I am ordering 5100's for the front of the truck this week so would love to have them on as soon as I could. I have about 80 bottles of beer leftover from my wedding a couple weeks ago, I am sure a few of them could go to a good home….Cannot wait to get this thing level, don't know why the rake bothers me so much.

So you accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash but you don't accept food and beer for payment?! WHAT! Jk! Sounds like a solid business plan lol :)

It would be great to have your help since you've done the exact lift on your truck at the cost of some beer and pizza lol

Yeah a MOD day sound like a good idea as long as it's soon because I'm dying to get this done lol although as I type this message I'm sitting pool side, drinking a great cup of joe, overlooking a beautiful bay on the island of St Lucia in the Caribbean :D don't be jealous!

I had the OME setup on mine that I did myself also. No help at the time.

Then put on my ICON gear myself. Had a little help with my LEAFS, just lining up the holes due to the weight of the EXPO Leafs. All in all, straight foreword. Break lines DO require a second pair of hands for sure.

UCA's, well, all that bending scares some of the vehicle owners. Really there is no other way. Cutting(I was frustrated and cut one of mine), bending (what most people do), or remove the WHOLE cab from the frame(I hear the dealerships do this).

Are your new tires and wheels mounted and balanced? I have needed an excuse to get a set of tire irons. My OBA (once I install it  ) will do the trick for inflation with ratchet straps.

That's great! Yeah if a mod day works out for a few peps that'd be game for that. I live in Woodbridge but will drive anywhere In the area. Not sure where everyone in here is from but I m sure it's not to of far.

I think I'd be able to figure out the OME install, I've got plenty of tools to get the job done, but I do not have a steady jack or Jack stands (asking for them both for Christmas lol) and most importantly, I don't have much room in my apartment complex to do any work. Sucks!

Eh I won't be too worried about the cutting and bending if I'm with someone that knows what they are doing haha I'm in for doing whatever y'all feel is best for getting everything installed with minimal rubbing. I will leave those decisions to the professionals (thats you) haha

I do not have the wheels and rims mounted and balanced. I figured I'd get that done as soon I got home. I literally got my SCS's Friday evening and we left for our vacation Saturday morning at 3:30am so I've hardly had time to sit and admire them let alone get them mounted and balanced. Any suggestions in the Woodbridge area to take them?

Help me fund some new tires! haha :D

I've got a ton of stuff for sale. Guitars/related items, 12" Kenwood subs, PS2/tons of games/controller/memory card, and a Stereo Cabinet. Take a look and let me know if you're interested in anything. I wouldn't be opposed to driving some to meet if you would like anything.

Fyi, I installed with 2 parking spaces and my jack. NO Stands :anonymous: <- not the smartest or safest move, but in my years of working on vehicles, no accidents yet. There was a time, when I owned a jeep cherokee limited, then someone stole them and I realized how little I used them.

When I am on post in the auto shop, it is a requirement, so i oblige. Jacks seldom fail.

Not something I would want to be testing while under the truck though haha.
I use jackstands, keep the jack up as well, and just for good measure if I have the tires off I lay them down and slide them under the frame or LCAs so if I have some freak catastrophic failure at least most of the weight of the truck would fall on the wheels instead of me.

Don't have the extra cash/desire right now to mod my truck, but if a mod day is indeed in order I'd be interested in joining in. Help out in whatever limited way that I can.

Sorry to hear about your loss man.

Reminds me of when I heard about my friend's friend. The guy had a VERY clean e36 m3 and got in a front end collision. The license plate he had wedged between the windshield and dash came loose and hit him in the face.
