You going to fix it before we go, or just roll the dice?

Hoping for some serious relief from Chiropractor this afternoon or this will be the longest drive ever. I have two fractured vertebrae with a hernia between them and when it gets irritated it goes bone on bone and is totally miserable, especially when driving. Its pretty damn bad right now, cant even tie my shoes. No clue what I did, just been getting worse everyday for about a week.

i ran on my old carrier bearing with it was blew for a while, im just gonna roll the dice, i mean what is the worst that could happen.. it shouldnt fall out LOL.

hope that works for you. wont that put you in a ton of pain going to the chiro with 2 fractured vertebrae? or are they already healed?

i have back problems as well, not as bad as yours, but the chiropractor really helps me.

I'm in the medical field and you could not pay me to go see a chiro, I have seen them seriously fuck some ppl up in a real bad way and then they always wind up in our O.R. getting it fixed properly. If you have 2 fractured vertebrae then you should see an ortho doc immediately!

Now on the other hand if you only have a couple of bulging/herniated discs, that can be dealt with.

The fractures are pretty old, like me. They are healed but have a lot of buildup. The issue is mostly the disc, when it gets irritated shit hits the fan. I am overdue for spinal injections, they really help but are miserable to get done.

    This.

At least a doctor has a graduating class that ends with a year. Chiropractors are like "class of February". You won't ever catch me going to one.

Bummer man, injections can and will work but eventually as time goes on and you get more injections they won't do much for you. I'm in the same boat, my herniated discs are starting to bother me more and more and I've given up on injections. I know now that other than core exercises, my only other option is a micro disc surgery and I'm not in that much pain to go the surgery route yet. For now, I just live with it and know what not to do so I don't aggravate it.

Haha, ya chiros have never really been my go-to but I do get some relief when shit is out of whack. I try to avoid all doctors whenever possible. I have had some pretty bad luck with doctors over the years.

Gimme a dirt road and some cold beers and I'll be good to go.

110% agree. I've been so overdue for an overnighter camp trip especially now that the weather is like this. Comfortable during the day but nice and cool at night so I'll sleep like a dead baby. This trail, no matter how gnarly, is just the icing.

ok so I may have exaggerated it a little bit. I didn't technically drive all the way through the garage door. More like it didn't open all the way and instead of looking in my rear view mirror I just reversed and smashed my spare tire on my swing out and my RTT into the garage door  Won't claim it on insurance, I'll just pay to get it fixed since it was my own dumb ass fault

Oh snap. That almost looks fixable though, depending on what you did to the tracks/rollers and the hinges between each of the panels. That suuuuuuucks
