    ?...my halo ring on the passenger side was dim...Pro Tuning Labs sent me a new inverter (again)
    Chris installed the inverter, but to no avail, the halo ring was still dim.

    I contacted PTL to ask about an exchange after going over the history of the headlight.
    PTL said it was out of manufacturer warranty and offered zero assistance other than a discounted price for a new pair.

    Last week, the halo ring would light as it's supposed to when I turned on the parking or headlights.

    The last few days when I check, it will either be fully lit, or dim again....Chris checked all of the connections last week, and thinks all is well and it could be inside the headlight.

    Is it worth it to find new lights elsewhere, and basically waste the $ I spent on these, or can someone here recommend someone that is skilled with electric as I'm sure there is a short somewhere.

    Sean you might check with the headlight guys on here. They might be able to open it up and see what is bad. AsianAnt is one here. Locally maybe a good aftermarket car shop might have a solution.

    It sounds like maybe a part on the electronic board inside the headlight might be bad. Or a resistor somewhere. Problem is the labor to find the fix might cost more then a new pair of headlights.

    You still have your factory headlights? Crack them open and give them a BHLM.
