I was workin in a truck yard today and thought it would be sweet to take the axles off of the squirt boom and put them on the taco. Those things were huge!

 

I can get a john Deere combine drivetrain for cheap... It has 520/85R46 tires. Should fit right?

im gonna sas my taco is that irreversible? i sure hope not.. I might miss snapping CV's like toothpics

 

If the spindles didn't cost 1300 bucks alone I would be game lol My only reserve about doing it(besides spending the money) is my 33s will look small as hell...

 

If you're gonna do it, do it right! A drop-bracket lift costs nearly that much anyways. Just do spindles, custom Alcan leafs, Icons, and 37" tires. I wouldn't be able to make fun of your truck anymore if you did that... Haha

Just part of the beast, if you're going to get bigger tires and suspension you're gonna have more wear.

 

I'm just saying have fun with it.. thats 6" over what the truck was built on

 

No worse than a 3" suspension. It's the larger tires that cause more stress.

 

The truck was built on 31" tires, 37" tires are 6" bigger than 31"

 

Just buy all my shit you can convert to 4x4 4.88 gears with ARB's in then and 35's ill even send you a transfercase and all my spare parts though shipping might pinch a little..

Running that size tire is hard on the truck.. that's all I've been saying

 

No one makes a 4wd spindle..period..

Solo has made a few for prerunners..but hard to find

 

I'm not confusing myself. Although you did just contradict yourself when you said that a 37" tire is only 6" larger than a 31" tire. Then saying that the tires cause stress?

For first gens? DD makes a 4wd LT spindle for 2nd gens

 

im gonna try and sell everything together but if that doesnt play then the i was thinking 2K thats what i see em go for.. it's like buy arb's and get free gears and set up.. im ok with that.. ive also got a guy that wants my SAW's and 35" MTR's with two trips to moab on them should sell easy..
