Probably your alignment, not lean. My truck sits level from side to side, but rubs tires in different areas on both sides. Nothing wrong with the alignment necessarily, just the tolerances of our frames and bodies.

They just used the other ones from the old wheels

I took off my sway bar so I could do the same

 

funny thing is that there's a swaybar on that truck ......although it's on the rear.

 

Or the damn thing would roll like a barrel.

 

speaking of swaybars......aparently we're all doing it wrong. all you need are balls and lockers.
