Grand children "pull" is still there BUT I did tell Con they are only 3 hours away.;) Logan to Ft.Myers...

The oldest will be joining us after X-Mas and driving/flying back when we return mid- January..:)

We are not there yet BUT not having any house payments is quickly winning her over...PLUS her dam "honey-do" for FT.Myers keeps getting longer...I will "Force" myself to stay down there till it is done...:D

You know it will "Suck" coming home to that back yard everyday after work...

Good luck with that purchase and I will PM a few the "southern addy",You never know when a few "snow-birds" may need a break......

Alex, what the hell did Toyota do to the wagons? I liked the 4Runner front end, now they messed it up.

    Congrats Johnny!

If I have one piece of advice with houses...they will all need work. Don't try to do it all at once like my friend's father did, he ended up with a house that looked like a construction zone and was too overwhelmed to do anything. Make a list and then prioritize by want/need..and load up on that energy efficiency tax credit if they still offer it, that's free money.

Why did they re-do the front end again? I thought that they just re-did them for this model year?

Good call..when I bought my house (among other things):

No shingles on the back..just tarpaper.
No steps out the back door.
    No carpet/flooring upstairs.
Jacuzzi had only plywood around it.

Mine was more of a fixerupper right out of the gate, but fortunately we knew the honest history.
