Thanks I found this thread that was super helpful. http://m.yotatech.com/showthread.php?t=39001

Sucks because I could have got an entire axle with shafts but not if they won't work properly.

If I bought some F5's would I put my 255 KM2's on them and scratch them up like man while wheeling, or would I buy a set of 31's to put on them and use them as my street set...

Don't be a wuss, run them wheeling! You would get over the 31 look real quick with that nice of wheel. Aren't the ones you want blems anyways so they've already got scratches.

I've been waiting for a set of blems. I feel bad paying for new ones only to scar them on rocks...

Are you serial!? Damn, don't turn into a bro afraid to scratch his wheels. Run em and beat the shit out of them. That's what they're made for. If not, I will make fun of you. :D Hell, if you're just going to run em on the street, just get some dub spinners and be baller.

    ....Run the damn wheels.

It's like dropping serious coin on some beadlocked race lines and not wanting to take them offroad.

Yeah those blem prices are nice. I understand shelling out $700 for new wheels only to scratch them up the first time wheeling. I already have the train of thought that I'm going to mess my rig up when wheeling, so I don't really pay much attention to the small issues. Those will look so sweet on your 4runner and the stance would be sweet! I plan on getting some SCS wheels eventually, but they aren't in the budget anytime soon.

    Haha my sentiments exactly.

Ha ha ha ha that last bit would be a crime punishable by castration lol

But agree fully. You wheel your rig. If you wanna keep it nice there is a simple fix:

    Stop wheeling.

Basically get in the frame of mind: "I just spent X amount on X product. Man that thing will look good with some "Trail Proof" :)"

So my 4Runner has keyless entry. It was installed by the dealer in 1996. Guess what stopped working today... The button causes the car to make the noise as if it were locked, but it doesn't actually lock anything. I have no idea how long my doors have been unlocked...

Haha I used this excuse as well, but my Fiance actually uses them. My daughter also uses the kickout to get in and out (I highly suggest it if anyone has kids), but I'm a little sketched out of her slipping through the hole, so I'm going to add plate to mine.
