There can be. I just have to find my stuff. It's all in random boxes. I almost bought a dehydrator the other day so I can then make a few types of jerky.

Oakwood was my builder, too. I've been very happy with my home so far. What floor plan did you go with?

 

The platte, was going to build the gunnison but we decided it was not going to be our forever home. So we built a smaller house with a lot of upgrades.

I don't recall the name of the floor plan, but this home has the exact same floor plan as ours (with different finishings).

 

Nice I don't know which that is. But it's nice, mine will be 2300 sq feet as well.

 

I think my finished square feet is around 1800 or so. I looked at a few other homes that had more square footage, but a lot of the extra space was just wasted. Oakwood has some strange floor plans, but if you pick the right one you can get a brutally efficient use of space.

 

Yeah mine is 1800 with out the basement. With the basement is 2300, I believe. There were tons in my area that had more sq feet. Mine is one of the smaller homes.

 

Are you having them finish your basement? I can't decide if I want to finish mine or not - I'm just not sure I'd get much return on my investment from it.

 

Im doing it my self. I got my house way cheaper than I should have, it was a paper work error on their part. I got ALOT in up grades that I didn't pay for and added about 8k more that I did pay for. So I lucked out, finishing the basement for me will be good because it will put me way ahead in the event I want to sell it.
