    Very dangerous to weld. I did some of it in college and it was in a closed atmosphere from me. It is a metal that gives off a dangerous gas when welding. So be very careful if you weld it. It can be tig welded, and that was the process I used when welding gun parts at the college for our gunsmith program. It welds a lot like Stainless steel in Tig welding. so using argon for your shielding gas and the same heat to weld with as you do with stainless steel.

    instead of bzzzzzzzzzz

    its bzzzz bzzz bzz bzzzz

    it makes it really hard to put down a good clean bead when it is acting like this

    Build thread in sig... 4-link long travel
    poor ground, dirty surface, wire coming out way too fast for the amount of heat you're putting into it, welder has the hicups.........could be a number of things.

    the machine is a miller 211 and i have been running it on the autoset setting....not on 220 either.
