    super 40 flowmaster turned down before rear axle, k&n intake, ipod interface, 20% 3m tint all the way around, grill craft mx series grill with 2 hella 500 behind the grill, 2 55 watt halogens mounted on uws black low profile toolbox, 3'' toytec ultimate lift kit sitting on black xd monsters and 285/65/18 BFG A/T, HID headlight kit
    can someone show me with pics or describe to me where to put the seafoam on a 2nd gen tacoma?? pics would be best!!! thanks

    Its pretty simple. Just put half the can in the oil filler and the other half in your gas tank.

    On a V-6, wouldn't it leak out of the oil filter as you attmpt to install it-as the filter installs threads down?

    IDK about a BAD idea- It's probably not recommended if you have a high mileage engine cause the deposits and gunk may be supporting seals and gaskets- Remove it and you may find leaks.

    But the guys at any firestone/quiklube type place or the dealership that do the "Intake system Treatments" are doing the same thing- so if you do it right- no biggie. (and Catalytic converters are covered under the extended 8yr 80K emissions warranty)

    I've done the intake way on carb vehicles but it would be pointless to do so on a fuel injected vehicle. If you put it in the gas tank, it will work its way through the fuel system which is the intended purpose of it. The intake way worked on carb vehicles obviously because the carb is where the fuel enters the engine.

    didnt see too much smoke though.....

    When you add 1/2 the can into the oil filler neck, how long do you run the engine before changing the oil? It just seems odd to add such a thing to your oil. I would think it would be bad on your seals and could cause them to swell up and leak.

    I usually dump it in about 50 miles/2 days before an oil change...Not sure if it's right...but ::shrug:: makes sense to me.,

    I have used seafoam in the oil before oil change and in the fuel tank with good results. I can assure you that it will clean some of the shit out.
    The bike is carbed but I think it will also help our FI motors.
