    Has anyone felt where your finger tips feel like the have needles and at the same time you palms are SUPER itchy(Bumps ALL over my palm) and hurt when you close your hand?

    Yep allergic reaction. I had similiar symptoms a few years back only it was my whole fingers and they itched like crazy. Dr. said I probably picked something up on a public hand rail/door handle or something. The only way to relieve the pain and the itchyness is to soak them in the urine of One hundred virgins. ;)
