Wow, sounds so noble when you put it that way....but I'd rather have a linked rear end instead. :D

So I apologize if someone asked this already, I didn't read all 21 pages. Can you give me a review on your rear suspension? How do you like the Dakar's? How about the Icon's? would you change anything in the rear if you had to do it again?

I just finished my front suspension, now its off to the rear. I am thinking about doing the same thing you did.

Well funny that you ask....i'm redoing the rear very soon. I will be going with a spring under in the next couple of months. I've been very happy with it but it bucks like no other in the whoops out in the desert. If I was just doing the expedition type wheeling the dakars and icons are a great choice. The minute you decide to start going fast you will be looking for something else as I am doing now. SUA or linked rear are your choices for speed.

Sua huh? I had considered it but thought it wouldn't be good for high speed. I guess i will go back and re evaluate. All i am really interested in is going fast through the nevada desert.

    Hopeful wishing.....right now
Sorry for the noob question, but I've been reading about so many different lift kits and I'm really starting to believe the spindle kit is the way to go since I have a prerunner. My question is this, why is the spindle kit pushing the front stance out? I'm looking at running stock shocks, 18" fn bfd's, not sure of the tires but probably 285 nitto all terrain. I want a symmetric lift from front to back and symmetric width. I'm not looking to put a bandaid on the width with some spacers. I appreciate the help guys.

I imagine the extended stance may have to do with making clearance for the wheels. You will only need 3/4 inch spacers to even it up...thats really not too bad.

You picked those up quick, saw the post from the seller and...Gone. Sweet deal man, if I had been local to the seller I'd have given you a little friendly competition for those bad boys. Enjoy.

I also might be interested in your rear Icon shocks when you swap out, shoot me a PM when you’re ready to sell them.

    Cheers!

Would been a hell of a race! With these arms my rear may take a little longer. Probably going to put hoops, bypasses and limit straps up front now. So basicly finish the front then move to the rear. So my timeline for the rear has changed. Dammit I really need to hit the lotto.
