lol I love me some almond butter, banana, and honey sandwhiches

I just got the app called "my net diary" to track what i eat to make sure im getting enough food each day.

that was after a 3 mile run with a 10lb weight vest so I had very good muscle definition when I took the pic.

The spartan races are a blast, man. Do it if you get a chance. I did a 4 mile one in may and I was hooked. Ive got a 13 mile one in december.

Even if youre not a runner, the spartan sprint which is around 4 miles can easily be done as long as you have upper body strength for the obstacles.

For my current training plan Im doing a 3 day split (I think thats what its called). mon/wed/fri. and on saturdays I'll either mtn bike or trail run

Hahaha no I watched his earlier stuff, not much of his recent stuff. Wow this makes me sound like a total hipster.

I've done 3 spartans, a tough mudder, a savage race, and some little dinky obstacle course race. I love them and had a blast with them but they are fucking expensive as shit. The only reason I did another one this year was because my fiance wanted to do one so I did it with her. Good luck on your 13 mile one, I had a 12 mile super that literally destroyed me. 5 fucking hours on that course traversing 3 peaks at the ski resort we were at.

yea this one is basicaly the same type of deal. this one breaks it down into how many cals, fats, carbs, and protein you need each day as well. I cant remember if MFP does that?

Hell yea man. They are expensive but most races have discount codes. I know the spartans do. Im in tx so luckily I wont have any mountains to climb lol

No I wasn't trying to say everyone is wrong. I just didn't see anything to really help him. I wanted to let him know to focus more on his diet, and not on the working out so much (which is opposite of most personal trainers). Believe it not you could work out 20 minutes, 4 days a week and get in great shape.

I actually do contest prep for people, that is my main focus of my company. I have trained overall winners in Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, Bikini, and Figure. I personally have competed 7 times, with 4 of my shows in the last year. I am hoping to get my IFBB Pro card in 2014. Tuna is fine for "offseason", but I would suggest eat white fish. Plus, anything from a can is not that healthy. Here is a list of the best proteins for really shredding up.

    Proteins-
    Tilapia
    Chicken Breast
    Lean Ground Turkey
    Lean Steak(all fat trimmed)
    Eggs

I am just a Taco guy too everyone, not here to slang my business. I don't really have space in my schedule to take on more clients right now anyway. Taco was my first truck when I was 16 and it will be my last. Here is some pics of on of my current clients. These pictures are 15 weeks apart, focus on diet and this is what can happen.

Has anyone done leather in there truck? Mine just showed up today but I am kinda nervous to get started...
