Significant fuel savings if you keep it to 65-70. Idk what your highway speed limits are there though...if I went 65 on a highway here, I'd be run over by a Prius...

That trip is nothing for a taco. I just finished a 1600 mile round trip through mtns of NC, through TN mtns, to nashville then back to coast of NC. It was full of bad weather, loggin roads, trails and 80mph driving on interstate. My truck did great, yours should too.

I recently moved form Washington to oklahoma, decided I needed a double cab so I traded in my 2007 access cab for a 2013 double cab sport. Anyways drove about 2000 miles and it was a smooth ride. Averaged right around 18-19 miles per gallon but at times I was doing well above the speed limit, I must say parts of Idaho, Utah, and wyhoming were rather boring and everyone was doing 95+:)

I told my dad this once when he and my uncle were headed on a road trip to Florida for some deep sea fishing. His response was classic... He said "just remember, unless you're the one saying it, you are the other idiot". I get a laugh out of it every time I hear it now.

OK so it took 1 and 1/2 tanks to get here. On my second fill up I used premium and the engine is still knocking at the low end on acceleration. The Taco did awesome and it was a lot smother than expected. The road noise is high but that can be fixed with some sound deadening material under the carpet.

Over all I love this Taco! I am traveling the next 4 weekends with the family so it should be good. I can not wait to use the 4x4 and get this baby to the beach for some camping and fishing.
