Been looking for like a 400A one but can't find it, only in AC and the DC ones I've found are too big.

Man, I don't know what happened, I haven't been getting notifications when people reply to this thread so I had NO idea that so many people had chimed in! Some GREAT ideas here! Very cool. I like those panel switches and the idea that there is no cutting required. I ordered some of the panels from OTRATTW and will see if I have the huevos to cut a panel location somewhere. If not, then I will see if there is a place for the flat HDH switch panels.
BTW After I ordered some of the replacement fog lamp switches on eBay (and got gauged), I found out that TundraParts.com makes switches that will fit into the existing switch sockets with harnesses for $40! I have bought switches from Tim before and installed them in my Tundra and the switches worked great. My only problem with them was that both LEDs (there are two) are orange, so there is no "ON" lamp. I replaced one of the LEDs with a green LED so that the orange LED was hooked up to come on with the other dash lamps, and the green LED lit up when the switch was depressed, or "ON".
Paulk: I have not found any switches that fit into the small holes near in the center console, but that does not mean that there are not any out there. Sorry I can't help you on that one.
Thanks for all of the input guys, MUCH appreciated!
    Ken

I looked at TundraPart.com and their switch looks like it's designed to fit in the smaller openings (heated seat blanks). They don't give much information on the site so I'm going from just looking at the picture, and I can't find the switch for sale by itself.

    http://tundrapart.com/product-information/

I did find what looks like the same switch on a random website. It's listed as being a fog light or daytime running light switch for Camry, Highlander, and Prius - among others.

    http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free...-TOYOTA-highlander-Camry-Verso/847267010.html

I might go to the dealership and check out a few cars to see if I can find one with this switch installed.

I used a switch that was recommended in this thread for the same location.

It is pretty easy to get to, all you need to do is pop out the blanks.

    Link directly to the switch

    edit:
Just realized you found the same switch I used.

I would email Tim at TundraPart.com to see if he knows where to find a switch to use. The email is TundraPart@gmail.com and he is really helpful.

Oh, and the switch that you found on that random site looks the same, but it does have measurements so I would take a ruler to one of the switch socket plugs and that should answer the questions.

I also found this site and ordered a couple of switches from them. They are similar to the ones on eBay and TundraPart. The prices are reasonable and you can choose the LED color which is pretty cool.

I don't know if you asked the seller but do these type fit in the small blanks under the dash or are they the full-size switches? I might pick some up if they fit those small slots.

Here's a pic of my TundraPart switches (from he other linked thread).

The other option is using a 3 gang switchpod by Digikey and then fitting the standard Carling/ARB/OTRATTW switches. This is what it looked like in my old truck.

I measured the heated seat switch blanks under the HVAC controls and they are 22mm x 33mm. This is the same as the Aliexpress.com switches, and the Tundrapart.com switches.

The Aironboard.com switches are listed as being 21mm x 39mm, so these would fit the larger switch positions to the left of the steering column, not the ones under the HVAC controls. They're nice, but not what I need

My plan is to get two Tundrapart.com switches, one for an LED light bar and one for a pair of LED light cannons, and put them in just like MikeyMcFly did in the above post. Clean, factory look, no drilling or cutting, and reversible. Nice!

As for the relays, instead of an sPOD I'm going with Painless relay kit. either the 30107 or a couple 30131's. I'll have to wait to see what the lights ship with too, as these might be fine. I'll stick them all inside a Radio Shack enclosure and call it done.

Of course all of this has to wait for the Avid Light Bar to arrive. I need to test fit it, decide how big of a light bar I want, drill and tap for the light bar mounts on the top of the hoop, powder coat, then install. I'll post pics and a parts list when it's done. Thanks for all the help!

They are the larger size switches that fit into the upper dash like the fog light switch.

Email Tim at TundraPart@Gmail.com. He sells the switch with prewired harness for $40. That is MUCH less expensive than the guy on eBay for the exact switch (I have purchased both).

Man I am pretty bummed out. I ordered a few sets of the switch sockets from OTRTTAW thinking that they would accommodate the switches from TundraPart.com or AirOnBoard.com, but the switch sockets on the panels are WAY too big. That is a drag, I am going to have to send them back or buy OTRATTW switches to use in the panels.
Does anyone know of a MFG that makes switch panels to accommodate the OEM size switches (like the fog/driving light switch)?
    Thanks,
    Ken

Using the factory locations is so clean! I can't think of another good place that I really like. Hmm...

    Yeah I'll be watching.
