This past weekend I got new 17x8 wheels with a 4.25" installed with 265/70 Bridgestone Dueler AT tires, I am having some rubbing issues, fenders and body. I am ordering 5100's in order to avoid the slight body rub issue, and have trimmed the fenders but there is still some slight rubbing, does anyone have pics of their trimmed fenders. Just want an idea of what people are trimming off.

I searched but couldn't find any pics.

    Thanks

On my 285's I took out all the front half of the inner black fender...

Really interesting that you're rubbing on 265/70's :O

Alot of people just cut the little 'cup' at the bottom, but If you go any higher, you need to take it all the way up or the wind will catch the plastic and bend it back.

Thanks for all the quick replies, yeah I haven't cut any of the inner black fender yet, that's next, the rubbing isn't to bad just when I cut the wheel hard and when I cut it in reverse.

More concerned with the body rub before I get the 5100s. I also have 1.25" spacers which are probably adding to the rubbing issue.

Here are some pics of my new wheel/tire setup.
