    Nope, sounds like either a fungal or bacterial infection of the epidermis. It is very similar to forms of athlete's foot. Urine will certainly cure it, you just have to soak your hands for a bit (like 5 minutes in warm urine).

    You own urine is pH balanced to your body and has some antibodies that your own body is used to. That way it won't hurt your hands or make it worse. Sometimes eating some asparagus can boost the anitbiotic attributes to urine.

    the urine will also help reduce the itching. That is why they say to urinate on a jellyfish sting. Stops it from getting infected and also reduces the itch and burn sensation.

    If it is a persistent problem, go let the dermatologist check it out. They know a t more about what their doing with dermis related issues then your standard family practitioner.
