Well i have been going through the house wevare supposed to be closing on every day for the last month.

I find problems, they say they will be fixed before closing, i see how it gets fixed, and it looks like shit.

I bring these concerns up with the sales guy. He tells me he will talk to the guy whos in charge of construction. The construction guys responds "itll all be fixed by closing."

Problem is, it looks like shit when it gets fixed.

My closing paperwork is on the same day as final walk through so im going to tell him straight up "im not signing shit unless this bullshit is fixed AND doesnt look like some cut and paste ghetto temporary fix." If they try to force me to take it as is then ill be pissed. I have been waiting for this house to be finnished for 4 months just to have it come out looking like shit (its the tiny details that matter).

Most of my issues are concerning the lack of detail when installing the drywall and door frames. In turn, they do this shawdy cover up work to TRY to make it unnoticeable.

If anyone is planning on buying a home through Long Lake LTD.... Save yourself the hassle and dont. I may be living with my inlaws for a bit longer than expected.

Sucks to hear that, most contractors now just worry about building a house fast and not building it right.

Yea it seems that way. Might tell the inlaws that we will be staying longer than expected. Then save some cash and do this all over again.

I haven't decided yet between the howl at 80 or just the way they feel while I drive. I don't mind the howl but the handling is...different

After seeing Jack last night and meeting his fiancee, I can assure the homosexual questions about him hold no weight. GG my friend. GG.

Also, Richard I want those bronze Baja wheels! Sweet Jesus those look good.

And, mechanical fuel systems can blow me. 11 hours messing with this crap and it's still not running. Thank God for creating fuel injection.
