    Idk I like not having to mess with hoses to drain the filter down to the ground. With the LS you just loosen it, let it drain, then remove. Skid plates prevent filter carnage.

    I will agree, I'm happy that with the 2nd gen toyota actually acknowledged that people have to change their oil filters. My first gen is just stupid in that regard.

    Actually, I just thought of something. The top mounted filter is way better for trucks because it allows you to not remove the skid plate. For cars I still prefer the bottom mounted filter.
